How to change Jio plans online?

Reliance Jio is one of the leading telecom providers in India, having a huge number of subscribers. When Jio was launched, it changed the telecom sector in the country by offering free unlimited voice calls. Now Reliance Jio is investing in a 5G network so that it can offer the best services to its users. Jio’s investment in a new spectrum for 5G will improve its network issues while attracting new subscribers to its platform. 

Reliance Jio is also offering many attractive recharge plans to its subscribers. From short term to long term, Jio has all kinds of plans for its variety of users. Jio also allows its users to change their current plan to the new plan. 

To change the Jio recharge plan, you should first know what your current plan is. You can check your current plan details by logging in to the My Jio app. Under the telecom tab, find the current plan section, where you can check your current plan details. Here you can also check your bill cycle. 

If you are not satisfied with your current plan, you can change it. There are two ways to change your current plan. One is by visiting a Jio store near you, and the other one is doing it yourself. If you want to change your current plan yourself, then follow these steps:

  1. Open the official app of Jio “My Jio” and log in to the app.
  2. Go to the “Recharge” option.
  3. Now choose the plan that you want to change.
  4. Select the payment mode.
  5. Finally, make the payment for your selected Jio recharge plan using your card, wallet, or net banking. 

Once the payment is made, you can activate the plan by going to the “Option” section and selecting the “My plans.” Now select the activate button in the upcoming plans, and you will get the confirmation activation message on your mobile. 

If you are a post-paid Jio user, then you need to follow the below given steps to change your current plan:

  1. Log in to the “My Jio” app and select the Telecom option from the top menu.
  2. Now on the home page, select “Current plan.”
  3. Then go to the “Change plan” option and tap on the plan you want to select.
  4. Confirm the change of the plan, and you will get a confirmation SMS on your mobile once your plan is changed. 

It’s easy to recharge your Jio connection. You can either do it by visiting the official app of Jio or by using any third-party sites like Airtel Payments Bank, Paytm, etc. You just have to sign in, select your plan and make the Jio online recharge payment. Similarly, you can make Jio postpaid bill payment using Airtel payments bank. You have to select your operator and fill out your mobile number. The website will automatically fetch your post-paid bill, and you can pay it using any payment mode like UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, or wallets. With the launch of many third-party apps and sites, Jio recharge online has become convenient and simple.
